摘要
基于弹流润滑动力学理论,分析研究了高速列车圆柱滚子轴承中影响轴承工作游隙的几个方面及其计算方法,克服了以前选用推荐值来确定轴承径向工作游隙的传统方法局限性.并在分析了直母线型滚子、圆弧全凸型滚子和对数型凸度滚子的优缺点基础上,采用深孔对数凸度圆柱滚子结构可避免滚子两端的边界应力集中和润滑充分。通过定性分析与量化计算,解决了径向游隙的取值应如何随车速、载荷、温差、离心效应和原始配合大小等变化的取值难题。
Based on elastohydrodynamic lubrication dynamic theory,the influencing Jactors aria the calculating method of the various gaps of the working bearing in high speed train are analyzed,and the traditional limitations of the selection method of recommended values of the bearing radial cleartmce by qualitaitive analysis are overcame.Because of the structure of the deep hole cylindrical roller with logarithmic cam-1 bet,the edge stress concentrations could be eliminated at the ends of roller with full lubrication after ana- lyzed advantages and disadvantages of atraight generatrix roller,arc all convex roller and logarithmic camber roller.The difficulty was solved by qualitative analysis and quantitative calculation that the radial clearance should have different values in view of different train speeds ,loads ,temperature difference ,centrifugal effect and original fit ,etc.
