摘要
目的讨论下肢骨折患者并发症的护理措施。方法以我院收治的112例下肢患者为对象,分析总结护理干预措施及效果。结果经过针对性的护理,112例患者未出现褥疮,1名患者出现了肺部感染,3名患者出现了血栓。所有患者经过护理与治疗,均健康出院。结论强化并发症的护理干预与预防,可以有效避免并发症,促进下肢骨折患者的康复。
Objective To discuss the complications and nursing measures for patients with lower limb fracture. Methods 112 cases of lower extremity patients in our hospital were studied as subjects, to analyze the nursing intervention and effect. Results After specific nursing, 112 cases had bedsore, one patient had pulmonary infection, 3 patient had thrombosis. Aider the nursing and treatment, all the patients were healthy and discharged. Conclusion Strengthening the nursing intervention and prevention of complications can effectively avoid the complications, promote the rehabilitation of patients with fracture of lower limb.
