摘要
本文介绍了系统化培训方法的五个阶段,即分析、设计、编制、实施及评估,并以三门核电机械维修管阀工程师培训为例,将这一方法在维修人员培训中的应用进行分析,并提出应用中需关注的问题和建议。
This article introduces the five phases of The Systematic Approach to Training, i.e. analysis , design, development, implement, assessment, and gives an example to apply this training system for valve mechanical maintenance engineer training in Sanmen Nuclear Power Plant, and discusses the problems to be noticed and the suggestions that the approach to be applied to the training of maintenance personnel in nuclear power plant.
