摘要
现代化的自动生产线是多种现代控制技术的有机结合,利用网络通信将生产线的传感检测、传输与处理、控制、执行与驱动等信号传送给PLC,然后在其控制下进行协调有序地工作。文章以CC-Link现场总线为基础,按照自动线的控制要求,依据网络通讯的原理,从而完成对CC-Link主从模块的网络配置,并通过数据标志位的定义,来完成整个自动线的生产工艺流程,采用CC-Link的现场总线,形成了开放式、数字化和网络化的结构特点,起到了较好的控制效果。
Modem automatic production line is an organic combination of variety modem control technology. The sensing detection, transmission and processing, control, execution and driving mechanism of the production line are transmitted to PLC unit by network transmission. And then the system can work coordinately and orderly under the control. The paper elaborated the theory of the Network communication based on the CC-link field bus, according to the controlling demand of the automatic line, based on the principle of network communication, the Network configuration of the Master-slave module of the CC-link was finished, and made the production process flow of the Automatic line through the definition of the data marks. Adopting CC-link field bus, the system possess the structure-characteristics such as open type, digitization and networked, therefore, this system achieves the good controlling effect.
