高频裁刀顶刀轮组件的参数化设计及动力学性能优化

摘要 高频裁刀顶刀轮组件是多层皮革高速智能裁割装置裁刀系统的重要组成部分,主要用来支撑与稳固裁刀、防止裁刀在高频振动时发生晃动,从而提高裁割精度。本文以裁刀的振动值最小为目标,运用ADAMS建立参数化模型,基于灵敏度的考虑,通过Insight的优化设计功能,进行试验设计,得出影响因子。然后通过改变顶刀轮的坐标,进行优化设计,使裁刀的动力学性能得到了改善。得出的结果达到了虚拟样机设计的预期要求,为裁刀机构的性能优化提供了设计思路。 Top-blade-wheel component the key component in the Cutter system of multi-leather High-speed intelligent cutting deviceis needed to support and fix the high frequency cutter to prevent the cutter shaking in high frequency vibrating, thus improving the cutting accuracy. The paper aimed at getting minimum value of the blade vibration, to set up parametric model with the help of ADAMS, in addition, considered the sensitivity, using Insight to optimize design function to proceed trial-design and obtain the impact factors. Then by changing the coordinates of the top blade wheel, to optimize the design and finally Improve the dynamic performance of the cutter. Results reached the expected requirements of virtual prototype design and provide the design ideas for optimizing the performance of the cutter body.
