摘要
目的:调查不同科室门诊患者心理健康状况,为门诊患者开展心理干预提供依据。方法:随机抽取3个科室门诊患者240例,用K10问卷、医院焦虑抑郁量表(HADS)和症状自评量表(SCL-90)评价其心理健康状况。结果:240例患者K10评分为(17.50±5.69)分,不同科室门诊患者K10评分存在统计学差异,女性患者K10评分高于男性患者。患者焦虑得分为(3.46±2.42)分,抑郁得分为(2.78±2.39)分,SCL-90总均分为(1.63±0.13)分,不同科室门诊患者在SCL-90总均分和6个因子分有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:门诊患者心理健康状况较差,尤其是口腔科或外科,应在门诊患者中积极开展健康教育。
Objective: To investigate the psychological status of outpatients in different departments, for the patient to carry out provide evidence for psycho- logical intervention. Methods:Random sample of 3 dentists in 240 cases, K10 questionnaire, hospital anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS) and symptom checklist (SCL- 90) to evaluate their mental health status. Resuhs:240 patients with K10 score (17.50 ± 5.69), different department outpatients and there was significant difference in K10 score, K10 score higher than male patients, female patients. Patients with anxiety score was (3.46 ±2.42), (2.78± 2.39) depression score, SCL - 90 total score was ( 1.63 ± 0.13 ), different department outpatients in SCL - 90 total scores and 6 factor scores had statis- tical difference (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion:The psychological status of outpatients in a poor, especially the Department of Stomatology or surgery, should be in ambulatory patients actively carry out health education.
