摘要
工教结合是鼓励教师将教学过程与工作过程相结合的一种思想,是进一步推动与落实校企合作、工学结合的有效途径。南宁职业技术学院旅游学院的酒店管理专业通过开展工教结合的教学改革实践,使该专业的教师同时扮演好专业教师和职业人的双重角色,从而更好地培养酒店业高级技能型专门人才,使学生更能符合现代酒店管理职业岗位的技能和素质要求。
Work-teaching combination represents a concept of encouraging teachers to combine the teaching process with the working process, which effectively facilitates the implementation of school-enterprise cooperation and work-study combination. Hotel Management Program of Tourism School, Nanning College for Vocational Technology strives to train highly-skilled professionals for hotel industry through work-teaching combination- based teaching reform practice in which teachers are expected to play the dual roles of teachers and professionals.
