摘要
目的:比较药品分包机工作改进前后的优劣。方法:采用回顾性方法,用Excel表统计工作改进前2010年10～12月和工作改进后2011年1～4月,我院全院41个科室药品分包机单剂量分包数量、每d分包时间和错误包数。结果:工作改进后,药品分包机单剂量分包每d分包时间减少了11.37%;准确率提高了3.37%;分包速度提高了10.21%。结论:工作改进后药品分包机比工作改进前工作效率和分包准确率都提高,从而提示药品分包机单剂量分包要确保工作效率、工作质量和服务水平,就必须操作规范和坚持日常维护,而且做好分包前的准备工作,确保临床用药的安全。
Objective：Compare of advantages and disadvantages of Drug Dispensing Machine in Work and the improved of Before and after. Method： The retrospective method with Excel table statistics work before improvement in October 2010 to December and work after the improvement in January 2011 to April, including our 41 department drug points charter flights single dose the quantity, each time and wrong bag the d number. Rescuh：Work improvement, the drug points charter flights single dose every day time reduced the subcontract 11.37%; Accuracy increased by 3.37%; The subcontract speed increased by 10.21%. Conclusion： After work improvement drug points than work improvement work charter flights before the efficiency and the accuracy is improved, so enhancing drugs points to ensure that the charter single dose work efficiency, quality and service level, one needs to operation norm and adhere to the daily maintenance, and do well the preparation before, ensure the safety of the clinical medication.
