硅基薄膜太阳电池应用现状分析 被引量:2

摘要 硅基薄膜太阳电池由于材料成本、转换效率等特点受到人们的关注,就非晶硅薄膜、多晶硅薄膜、微晶硅薄膜和非微叠层太阳电池的应用和发展趋势做了简要的分析。 Silicon thin film solar cell is concerned because of its material costs and conversion efficiency. In this paper, the application and tendency of amorphous silicon, poly-crystalline silicon and micro-crystalline silicon are introduced simply.
