复方紫草止血输液贴的研制及其在留置针输液中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究复方紫草输液贴的止血效能,为中医药复合材料在留置针敷料领域应用的拓展提供依据。方法通过对复方紫草中草药组方进行系列加工,制备复方紫草水提液输液贴和醇提液输液贴。分4组进行研究:透明贴膜(安舒妥)组,空白输液贴组,水提液输液贴组,醇提液输液贴组各取3个样品进行血液相容性评价;然后在临床静脉留置针患者中应用,按照穿刺顺序取数每组各80例进行对照。更换贴膜同时观察针口渗血渗液情况及其疗效。结果实验室检测:水提液输液贴组,醇提液输液贴组复钙时间较短,凝血加快;溶血试验检测溶血率均低于5%,符合作为与血液接触使用材料要求。临床应用:水提液输液贴组、醇提液输液贴组两组在静脉炎和穿刺口渗血渗液发生率较低(P<0.05),止血效果优于其他组(P<0.05)。结论水提液输液贴和醇提液输液贴均有较好的止血效果,适合在静脉留置针敷料领域使用。 Objective To study the hemostatic efficacy of compound radix arnebiac infusion paster, and to provide experimental data and clinic evidences for its application as indwelling needle dressings. Methods Water extract and alcohol extract from Arnebia Root Compounds were prepared as indwelling needle dressings. The samples were divided into Anshutuo Group (transparent film), normal transfusion film group, water extract group and alcohol extract group. The blood compatibility of these samples was evaluated in laboratory test and in clinic, respectively. Results Laboratory tests showed that the plasma recalcification time of water extract group and alcohol extract group were shorter and their coagulation process were faster. Less than 5% of hemolysis happened in each group, which suggested that these samples had the potential as blood contacting biomaterials. The results from clinic reflected that the rate of blood oozing and the incidence of phlebitis in water extract group and alcohol extract group were lower than those in other groups (P〈0.05), the hemostatic effect in water extract group and alcohol extract group was better than that in other groups (P〈0.05). Conclusion The indwelling needle dressings containing water extract and alcohol extract from Radix Arnebiae Compounds show high hemostatic efficacy, which suggests potential applications as indwelling needle dressing for the patients after transfusion or intravenous puncture.
