摘要
为深入研究新型CVC固化剂固化淤泥填筑道路的路用性能,通过对3个地区固化淤泥进行干缩试验、抗冲刷试验、抗冻融试验和劈裂试验,系统分析CVC固化剂中蛭石掺量对固化淤泥的收缩性影响规律,以及蛭石和有机质含量对固化淤泥耐水性能、抗冻融性能和抗拉能力的影响规律;并通过对比其他固化剂固化淤泥的相关性能,评价CVC固化剂固化淤泥填筑道路的路用性能。试验结果表明:随着蛭石掺量的增加,固化淤泥的干缩应变和平均干缩系数变大,失水率却减小,固化淤泥抗冲刷性能与抗冻融性能显著提高,而劈裂强度有减小趋势;淤泥中的有机质对耐水性能、抗冻融性能和间接抗拉性能均有不利影响;CVC固化剂固化淤泥的路用性能优于其他普通固化剂。
In order to explore the performance of road built with CVC solidified silts,through tests of dry shrinkage,anti-washout,freeze-thaw and splitting from three different silts,pavement performance with CVC solidified silts was deliberated,not only influence law of vermiculite content on dry shrinkage,but also effect regularity of vermiculite content on water resistance,freeze-thaw resistance and tensile properties.Road performance was evaluated by comparison with other curing agents' related properties.The results show that the dry shrinkage strain,average dry shrinkage coefficient,anti-erosion performance and freeze-thaw resistance will be improved with the increase of vermiculite content,however,the rate of water loss and splitting strength will be reduced.The organic matter in silts is harmful for anti-erosion performance,freeze-thaw resistance and tensile properties.
