摘要
近距离突出煤层采掘活动前,在进行区域综合防突措施的区域验证过程中存在无规定可依的情况。论文针对这种情况,结合乌兰煤矿的实际情况,进行了区域验证必要性的论证,并对采掘过程中区域验证的相关问题进行了探讨,对有相似条件的矿井进行区域验证提供了重要的借鉴意义,也对相关的法规和标准的制定提供了一些参考。
Before the mining and excavating activities in the contiguous outburst seam,a non-regulated dependable condition was existed in the regional verification process when the regional comprehensive outburst prevention and control measures conducted.According to the circumstance,in combination with the actual conditions in Wulan Mine,the necessity of the regional verification was demonstrated.The related issues of the regional verification during the mining and excavating process were discussed and could provided the important references to the mine regional verification with similar conditions and to the establishments of the related regulations and standards.
