摘要
研究了一种新型钛白粉对漆膜性能的影响,并探讨了配方中催化剂的选择,助剂之间的搭配和生产工艺的控制。结果表明:使用新型钛白粉后漆膜表面气泡明显减少,改善了产品的遮盖力;加入催化剂,合理搭配助剂后,可以赋予漆膜优异的性能。经过VDE测试后,漆膜完好无损,其附着力可以达到Ⅱ级。
The effects of a new type of titanium pigment on the properties of paint film were studied, and the selection of catalyst, the match among additives and the control of production process were discussed. The results indicate that using the new type of titanium pigment can obviously reduce the bubble on the paint film surface and improve the hiding power of the product; adding the catalyst and properly matching the additives can give the paint film excellent performances. VDE test shows that the paint film is in excellent status, and the adhesion can attain grade Ⅱ.
