摘要
近年来,我国肉类消费结构变化,牛肉消费逐渐增加,本文分析了我国牛肉消费的现状和区域特征,并对未来10年消费进行预测。
In recent years,the structure of meat consumption has changed and beef consumption has increased gradually.This article analyzed the present situation and regional characteristics of beef consumption in China and forecasted its consumption trendercy in the future 10 years.
