摘要
跨国公司在世界范围内呈现出不同程度的集聚特征。本文从跨国公司集聚行为出发,综合运用DEA与计量分析方法探讨跨国公司集聚行为对区域工业部门生产效率与生态化的影响机制。通过对中国2003～2010年面板数据的分析,本文的研究结果表明:第一,跨国公司集聚行为对Malmquist指数进行分解后得到的区域技术效率与规模效率具有不同的影响效应。其中,跨国公司集聚行为对区域工业部门技术效率具有显著的正向影响,而对规模效率的影响效应并不显著。第二,跨国公司集聚行为对区域工业部门生态化水平具有积极的提升作用。最后,针对本文的研究结论对我国各区域实现发展提供了参考性建议。
Multinational corporations presented the characteristic of agglomeration with different degree around the whole world. Starting from the agglomeration of multinational corporations, this paper discussed the influence mechanism of multinational corporations' agglomeration on regional industrial sectors' production efficiency and ecology with DEA and econometric analysis method. Based on the analysis of the panel data?from 2003 to 2010 in China, the results show that the agglomeration of multinational corporations has different influences on regional technical efficiency and scale efficiency, and has significantly positive influences on regional technical efficiency, but has indistinctive influences on scale efficiency. The agglomeration of multinational corporations can remarkably upgrade the ecological level of regional industrial sectors. And some suggestions referring to regional development have been given.
