摘要
目的观察艾灸配合耳穴压豆预防化疗所致胃肠反应的疗效。方法将120例进行含顺铂和(或)阿霉素化疗的恶性肿瘤患者按照数字随机法分为治疗组和对照组各60例,两组患者在化疗前均给予甲磺酸托烷司琼注射液+地塞米松注射液静滴并在化疗后予甲氧氯普胺注射液肌注,治疗组患者在化疗前5 d给予艾灸配合耳穴压豆,观察化疗期间两组患者恶心、呕吐、腹泻、口腔炎及化疗后20 d的体质量变化。结果治疗组恶心、呕吐、腹胀、纳差发生率低于对照组,腹泻、便秘发生率比较差异无显著性,生活质量评分的增加及稳定率、体重的增加及稳定率均优于对照组。结论艾灸配合耳穴压豆预防顺铂和(或)阿霉素引起的胃肠反应疗效可靠。
Objective： To observe the clinical of moxibustion combined with pressing pills at ear points in preventing gastrointestinal reaction caused by chemotherapy treatment.Methods： 120 examples including cisplatin and（or） doxorubicin chemotherapy in patients with malignant tumor were divided into treatment group and control group according to the table of random number method,and every group had 60 patients.Both groups were given tropisetron mesylate injection and intravenous drip of dexamethasone injection before chemotherapy,and were given metoclopramide injection intramuscular after chemotherapy.treatment group were given moxibustion combined with pressing pills at ear points before chemotherapy.Some outcomes were observed during the treatment of two groups of patients with stomatitis and weight changes in the 20 days after chemotherapy.Results： treatment group nausea,vomiting,abdominal distension,anorexia rate lower than those of the control group;No significant difference in the incidence of diarrhea,constipation.Increase in quality of life scores and steady rate,increase in weight and stable rates are better than the control group.Conclusion： moxibustion with ears pressure pill to prevent cisplatin and（or） doxorubicin cause gastrointestinal reaction curative effect is reliable.
