摘要
在镀锌生产过程中,锌渣的产生是不可避免的,锌渣的大量产生不仅造成锌消耗的增加,而且会影响产品质量。结合生产实际和理论研究,简要介绍了热镀锌生产过程中锌渣产生的原因及分类,提出了减少锌渣的措施和建议,有效提高了镀锌产品质量,减少锌消耗,对实际生产有一定的指导意义,可操作性强。
In galvanization production large quantity of zinc slag not only increases consumption of zinc but also affects quality of products.Based on production practice and theoretical research,it is simply introduced the reason for zinc slag being brought about in galvanization production and its classification,proposed measures and suggestions to reduce zinc slag,which effectively improves the quality of galvanization products and reduces consumption of zinc.
