摘要
数字出版是出版业发展的必然趋势,改变了出版流程、存储介质、发行及阅读方式、编辑功能等。高校学报应积极面对信息技术革命带来的变化,抓住契机,实现跨越发展。当前,学报数字化存在的突出问题是数字化程度不高、数字出版平台建设落后、人才匮乏。为了推动数字化进程,学报出版单位必须切实转变观念、优化资源、改变管理体制、加强人才队伍建设。
Digital publishing is the inexorable trend of publishing industry,it changes the publishing process,store media,issuing and reading mode,and editing function,etc.Academic journals of universities and colleges should face the changes in a positive way to achieve spanning development.At present,there exist some problems in the digital process,such as the digital level is lower,platform construction is backward and digital publishing talents is in shortage.It＇s needed to transform ideas,optimize the allocation of resources,reform the management system and strengthen the construction of talents team.
