摘要 为了制备适合感光性银浆的载体树脂,采用溶液聚合法,选用甲基丙烯酸(MAA)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)和甲基丙烯酸丁酯(BMA)作为单体,偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)作为引发剂,丁酮作为溶剂,合成丙烯酸树脂.利用正交试验研究反映因素对树脂重均分子量的影响.研究结果表明,影响分子量的主次工艺参数依次为引发剂浓度、单体浓度、聚合温度和反应时间.浆料的显影实验表明,分子量在20 000~26 000之间的树脂适用于感光性银浆. In order to prepare the resin suit for photosensitive paste, using methacrylic acid (MAA), methyl methacrylate (MMA) and the butyl methacrylate (BMA)as comonomer, sazobisisobutyronitrile(AIBN)as initiator, butanone as solvent ,the acrylics resin was synthesized by means of solution copolymerization. Using orthogonal experiment to discuss the effect factors on the average molecular weight of the resin, the results showed that the order of the effect factors is the initiator content, the monomers concentration, the temperature and the reaction time. The results of the develop experiment showed that the photosensitive paste has good developable property when the average molecular weight of the resin is between 20000 to 26000.
