摘要
解决辽宁省劳动力就业问题时,从人力资源开发角度促进就业,从辽宁省人力资源供需平衡、人力资源三次产业的就业结构、人力资源身体素质分析就业现状,从人力资源数量、人力资源结构、人力资源质量3项一级指标和6项二级指标、17项三级指标构建了辽宁省人力资源开发指标体系,运用统计方法,通过相关性系数角度分析,人力资源开发因素对就业的促进作用,发现人力资源开发影响就业的深层次原因。
This article aims to solve the problem of labor force in Liaoning Province, based on the perspective of human resources development and explores how to solve the employment problem. It analyzes the number of human resources, human resources structure, the quality of human resources and employment status which shows that human resources development in Liaoning Province and employment problems. The indictors' system has three layers. The first layer includes 3 first-grade indicators, the second layer has 6 indicators and the third has 17. In order that the relevance between the human resources development and employment to find the deep-seated reasons.
