摘要
社区参与是与社区卫生服务战略任务最佳匹配的战略路径,我国社区卫生服务建设由于未能落实社区参与原则而制约了自身的发展。为了落实社区参与原则,充分利用社区力量发展社区卫生服务,本研究建议通过结构改革使社区卫生服务组织和所在社区的管理体系以及社区的各类群体和非政府组织实现结构嵌套。
Community participation is the strategic path which is the best match with the strategic mission of community health services. Because of failure to implement the principle of community participation, the community health service has limited its own development. In order to implement the principle of community participation and make full advantage of the community resource, here we suggest that, by reforming the construction, the community health service organization be nested in ＇its management system, and various population groups in communities be nested in non -government organization.
