摘要
目的了解清远市食品卫生质量状况,找出影响食品卫生合格率的主要原因,以便加强和调整监督监测重点,进一步提高食品卫生质量,保障人民群众的饮食安全。方法按国家食品卫生标准及相关标准对清远市2010—2011年食品卫生检测数据及资料进行统计分析。结果 2010—2011年检测各类食品781份,合格样品513份,总合格率为65.69%。2010年共检测175份食品,合格149份,合格率为85.14%;2011年共检测606份食品,合格364份,合格率为60.07%;调味品合格率为99.56%,糕点为96.90%,水产品为4.55%,豆制品为7.14%。结论清远市食品的卫生质量状况不容乐观,必须不断落实《中华人民共和国食品安全法》和相关卫生法规,严格加强卫生管理,切实改善食品卫生状况,使广大群众吃上卫生、安全、有益健康的合格食品。
[Objective]To understand the quality status of food hygiene,to identify the main factors influencing hygienic status so as to strengthen and adjust the focus of supervision and monitoring,to further improve the quality of food hygiene and ensure food safety of people.[Methods]The food hygiene inspection data and information of Qingyuan City from 2010-2011 was statistically analyzed according to the national food hygiene standards and related standards.[Results] A total of 781 samples of various types of food were detected from 2010-2011,513 were qualified,with total qualified rate of 65.69%.In 2010,175 samples were detected,149(85.14%) were qualified;606 samples in 2011,364(60.07%) were qualified.The qualified rate of spices,pastries,aquatic products,bean products was 99.56%,96.90%,4.55% and 7.14%,respectively.[Conclusion]The hygienic quality of food situation is not optimistic in Qingyuan City,e "Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China" and the relevant health regulations must be continued to implement,to strictly strengthen health management,to improve food hygiene conditions to make the masses to eat health,safety,healthy qualified food.
