摘要
在pH 5.5~ 6.5的缓冲溶液中 ,Cu(Ⅱ )用硫代硫酸钠还原成Cu(Ⅰ ) ,采用0 .0 5mol/L的PMBP -苯萃取Zn(Ⅱ ) ,达到分离铜基体的目的。以 5%HCl反萃 ,水相用原子吸收分光光度法测定锌 ,其锌含量 1~ 5μg/mL符合比尔定律。方法简便 ,锌回收率为 98.0 %~ 10 4 .0 %。
In the buffer of the pH from 5.5 to 6.5,in order to attain the goal of separating cuprum matrix,Cu(Ⅱ) is reducted to Cu(Ⅰ) by sodium thiosulfate,Zn(Ⅱ) is extracted by the system of 0.05 mol/L PMBP-benzence.Meanwhile,solution of 5% HCl is used to counter extraction and zinc of aqueous phoase is determined by atomic absorption spectrometry.Method is accurate and recovery of zinc is between 98.0% and 104.0%.
