摘要 针对板带轧制过程中影响板形质量的非线性因素众多、精确数学模型难以建立的特点 ,提出冷轧板形控制的模糊神经网络方法 ,建立 BP网络模型 ,应用于六辊 HC冷轧机板形控制中 ,仿真实验结果表明 ,控制效果相当好 ,其超调小、鲁棒性强 。 As there are many non linear elements affecting the shape quality in the rolled plate and strap process, it is difficult to set up accurate mathematics model.This paper provides the fuzzy neural network method for cold rolled shape control, by which BP neural network model is set up, and which has been applied to shape control for 6 roll HC cold mill. The experimental result indicates that the control effect is excellent, namely small ultra regulated and good robustness, reaching the goal of the intelligence control for shape on line.
