摘要
柔轮在谐波齿轮传动中是至关重要的零件,由于受力复杂,设计中的强度计算问题,乞今尚未得到满意的解决。动态应力测试的目的是通过实验的方法寻求更合理的设计依据。实验中不仅发现柔轮杯底扭裂这一事实,而且发现紧固件螺钉头部的尺寸及装配应力对柔轮杯底的扭裂均产生不可忽视的影响。
The flexible wheel is one among the most important components in a harmonic drive . Due to the complexity of forees acting on a flexible wheel there exists thus for no satisfactory procedare for its strength calculations . In the paper measurements for the dynamic stresses in the flexible wheel are described,with the purpose of contributing to the search for a rationale of flexible wheel design. Torsional breekage, at the bottom of a flexible wheel has been found in the experiment , such breakage being strongly influenced by the dimension of fastening and assembly stresses .
