摘要
目的分析我国九省区成年居民的维生素C(VC)摄入状况及变化趋势。方法利用"中国居民健康与营养调查"项目中连续三天24 h膳食回顾调查的数据,分析1989、1991、1993、1997、2000、2004、2006和2009年我国九省18~49岁的健康成年居民VC的摄入状况,并分析其变化趋势。结果八轮调查共调查18~49岁的成人45 932人,其中男性22 061人,占48.0%;女性23 871人,占52.0%。从1989年到2009年,VC的摄入量在九省居民中呈现出明显的下降趋势,20年间,男女VC的摄入量分别下降了49.3 mg和46.0 mg(农村);25.3mg和20.4mg(郊区);9.9mg和17.6mg(县城)。城市居民的VC摄入量保持基本稳定,在2006年和2009年还有所上升。来源于深色蔬菜的VC的量大量减少,20年间,男女居民来源于深色蔬菜的VC分别下降了44.9mg和37.9mg(农村);26.4mg和22.4mg(郊区);20.0mg和16.7mg(县城);20.0mg和16.7mg(城市)。20年间,男性和女性VC的摄入量达到中国居民膳食营养素参考摄入量的比例分别是30.0%和25.2%(城市);39.1%和35.6%(郊区);28.2%和23.2%(县城);37.1%和28.9%(农村)。结论我国18~49岁的成年居民VC的摄入量呈明显下降趋势,深色蔬菜的摄入量逐步减少,我国居民的VC摄入状况急需改善。
Objective To analyze the trends of dietary vitamin C(VC) intake and its food sources among the Chinese aged 18-49 years in 9 provinces,from 1989 to 2009.Method The 3 d 24 h dietary recall data from China Health and Nutrition Survey(1989,1991,1993,1997,2000,2004,2006 and 2009) were collected to identify the trend of VC intake among the Chinese aged 18-49 years.Results Totally 45 932 adults were assessed among 8 round surveys,including 22 061 males(48.0%) and 23 871 females(52.0%).From 1989 to 2009,the intake of VC was decreased gradually among residents in 9 provinces.During 20 years,VC intakes in males and females were reduced by 49.3 mg and 46.0 mg(rural),25.3mg and 20.4mg(suburb),9.9mg and 17.6mg(county) respectively.The intakes of VC were kept stable in urban residents,and increased at 2006 and 2009.A significant reduction was found in the amount of VC from dark-color vegetables,about 44.9 mg and 37.9 mg(rural),25.3 mg and 20.4 mg(suburb),20.0 mg and 16.7 mg(urban) in males and females respectively.The VC intakes in males and females only reached 30.0% and 25.2%(urban),39.1% and 35.6%(suburb),28.2% and 23.2%(county),37.1% and 28.9%(rural) of the Chinese RNI respectively.Conclusion The VC intake was significantly decreased in adults aged 18-49,especially from the dark-color vegetables.The status of VC nutrition needed to be improved urgently.
