摘要
由于计算机高速、精确的计算能力 ,使用解析法进行机构的运动和动力分析相当普及 ,但解析法中建立数学关系式比较复杂。CAD是集成了信息技术、制造业、工程设计等领域知识的综合系统 ,它广泛应用于我们机械设计行业 ,若将其卓越的图形处理技术 ,如AutoCAD用于一些简单、常用的机构的图解法分析 ,既可克服传统图解法精度差、作图繁的缺点 ,又可继承传统作图法原理简单、方法直观的优点 ,更重要的是这种方法可同样用于CAD/CAM技术 ,可以取得更明显的效益。
Analytic method is become common in analysis of motion and force for mechanism with fast calculation capability of computer.However,it is fairly complex to establish the mathematical equation. CAD is a synthetical system integrated the knowledge of information,manufacturing,engineering design etc.It has widely used in machine design.If the extreme ability of graph process,such as AutoCAD ,is used for the graphic method in some simple mechanism analysis,the precision and efficiency could be raised,and the advantages of graphic method,such as the clear principle and method,could be carried forward.The most important thing is that this technique can also be used in CAD/CAM to make more benefit.
