攀枝花苏铁愈伤诱导研究

摘要 [目的]对攀枝花苏铁愈伤组织的诱导进行研究。[方法]利用2因素随机区组试验研究生长素2,4-D与细胞分裂素6-BA对攀枝花苏铁羽叶诱导愈伤的影响情况,并寻找恰当的激素浓度配比。[结果]攀枝花苏铁愈伤组织诱导的最适培养基为:MS+2.0 mg/L 6-BA+1.5 mg/L 2,4-D;经方差分析,发现攀枝花苏铁形成愈伤过程中起主要作用的是2,4-D的浓度及2,4-D和6-BA间的相互作用,而6-BA的单独作用对愈伤的形成虽有一定影响,但达不到显著水平。[结论]为更好地保护、开发和利用攀枝花苏铁资源奠定了基础。 [Objective] The aim was to study the callus induction of Cycas panzhihuaensis L.Zhou et S.Y.Yang.[Method] The effect of auxin 2,4-D and cytokinins 6-BA on the callus induction of leatherleaf of Cycas panzhihuaensis L.Zhou et S.Y.Yang was studied by randomized block design with two experimental factors and the suitable concentration ratio of the two hormones was found.[Result] The best medium of the callus induction of Cycas panzhihuaensis L.Zhou et S.Y.Yang was MS+2.0 mg/L 6-BA+1.5 mg/L 2,4-D;the result of analysis of variance showed that the main roles of inducting callus of Cycas panzhihuaensis L.Zhou et S.Y.Yang were the concentration of 2,4-D and the interaction between 2,4-D and 6-BA,and although the single action of 6-BA had some effect but it could not reach the significance level.[Conclusion] It prepared the ground for the better protection,development and utilization of Cycas panzhihuaensis L.Zhou et S.Y.Yang resources.
