摘要
研究了一种适用于电动汽车的集成寄生元件的ZVS变换器,利用变压器的寄生电感和晶体管的输出电容可实现变换器的ZVS功能,使变换器具备经济、紧凑的特点。通过分析电路的工作原理、寄生量的计算和ZVS参数的优化,对变换器的设计进行系统研究,最后在一台1kW样机上进行实验验证。
Study on a ZVS converter integrating spurious inductance for EV is presented in this paper. Using the spurious inductance of transformer and the output capacitance of transistor. The converter can achieve ZVS function, as well as obtaining the excellence of low cost and compact. The systemic research is implemented through analysis of the circuit operation, the methodology of spurious component and the optimization of ZVS parameters. The experimental results are given with a 250W prototype in the end of the paper.
