Clinical application of the rapid blood ketone assay in general hospital

摘要 目的探讨快速血酮检测法在诊断糖尿病酮症酸中毒(DKA)中的临床意义,并与常规生化分析仪检测法进行比较。方法将113例怀疑DKA的患者采用国产快速血酮检测仪进行快速血酮检测,并与常规生化分析仪检测法进行比较。结果应用快速血酮仪与生化分析仪检测到的血酮值几乎完全一致,两组数据进行t检验无明显差异(P>0.01)。快速血酮检测仪与生化分析仪检测结果成显著正相关(P<0.01)。快速血酮检测法与生化分析仪检测法一样,用于DKA的诊断时敏感性与特异性均为100%。结论快速血酮检测法诊断DKA准确、可靠,与常规生化分析仪检测法相比,具有快速、简便等优点,对DKA的早期诊断和预防病情恶化有重要意义,适合在基层医院推广使用。 Objective To evaluate the clinical application of the rapid blood ketone assay for the diagnosis of diabetic ketoacidosis(DKA).Methods 113 cases of suspected diabetic ketoacidosis patients in this hospital were checked for the blood ketone by using rapid Glucose-Ketone Meter.The results were compared with enzyme method by using automated chemistry analyzer.Results The testing range between the rapid blood ketone assay and the automated chemistry assay method was similar(P0.01);Through the Pearson correlation analysis,there was a positive correlation between the rapid blood ketone assay and the automated chemistry assay(P0.01).Similar to the automated chemistry assay,the sensitivity and specificity of the rapid blood ketone assay were 100%.Conclusion The rapid blood ketone assay is an accurate,reliable,simple,and rapid method.It can be used in early diagnosis of DKA.It is suitable for use in the general hospital.
