前后路手术治疗胸腰椎爆裂骨折的临床疗效比较 被引量：3

摘要 目的比较胸腰椎爆裂骨折前路与后路手术的临床疗效。方法对67例胸腰椎爆裂骨折进行手术治疗,其中前入路手术组27例,后入路手术组40例。结果两组Cobb角丢失率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);前路手术组较后路手术组手术时间长、出血量多,且植骨融合率明显较高;两组脊髓神经功能恢复无明显差异。结论前路手术和后路手术治疗胸腰椎爆裂骨折各有优缺点,但具体应用时应根据骨折类型、部位及椎管占位情况等决定,应严格把握好适应证。
