凸轮高频热处理畸变控制

摘要 论述了凸轮的轴孔经高频热处理后产生严重畸变的原因主要是凸轮轴孔的偏心距离悬殊太大,致使热处理后收缩不均匀,造成轴孔严重畸变。经采取防范措施处理后,凸轮的轴孔产生严重畸变问题得到了有效控制,降低了产品的废品率,提高了经济效益。 The main reason of serious distortion of the cam axle hole after the high frequency heat treatment was reviewed. The main reason is that eccentric distance between the cam axle hole is too big to cause serious distortion after heat treatment. The severe abnormal problems of the cam axle hole are effectively controlled using the preventive measures, and meanwhile it reduces the rejection rate of the product and improves the economic benefits of the manufacturers.
