摘要
目的观察窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)治疗色素性紫癜性皮病的临床疗效。方法将入选患者随机分为两组,治疗组11例,用NB-UVB治疗仪治疗,初始剂量0.30J/cm2,每次递增0.06～0.10J/cm2,最大剂量2.00J/cm2,隔日1次,共30次,随访3个月。对照组10例,口服复方芦丁2片,3次/d;维生素E丸100mg,3次/d;外用糠酸莫米松软膏1次/d,连续治疗2个月。结果治疗组有效率90.91%,对照组为40.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 NB-UVB治疗色素性紫癜性皮病疗效好,不良反应少。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of narrow band ultraviolet B in treatment of pigmentary purpuric dermatosis. Methods The patients recruited were divided into two groups randomly. Eleven cases of treat- ment group patients were irradiated by narrow band ultraviolet B therapeutic instrument for treatment. The ini- tial dose was 0.30J/cm2, thereafter incremented 0.06- 0.10J/cm2 each time, the maximum dose was 2.00 J/cm2, once every other day for 30 times. These patients were followed up for 3 months. Ten cases of con- trol group patients were treated with compound rutin tablets 2 pills and Vitamin E pill 100mg each time oral- ly, three times a day; external used mometasone furoate cream once a day, treated continuously for two months. Results Efficacy rate was 90.91% in treatment group and 40.00% in control, apply the method of Fisher exect test , the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Narrow band ultra- violet B treatment on pigmentary purpuric dermatosis has a better efficacy with little side effects.
