摘要
教育部办公厅多次下发文件要求各高校应当根据学生培养目标,结合本校实际情况,开设《大学生心理健康教育》必修课程。该课程既强调理论性,又强调实践性和应用性。在教学模式与教学方法中,【2011】5号文件明确规定,课程可以采用理论与体验教学相结合、讲授与训练相结合的教学方法,如课堂讲授、案例分析、小组讨论、心理测试、团体训练、角色扮演等。笔者在最近几年的教学中一直尝试把团体训练引入到心理健康教育的课堂,文章就其在教学中的应用进行了一些探索。
Ministry of education has many documents which points that college students should take Mental Health Education.It insists both theory and practice and application.The document points that the teacher should combine theory with practice in the class of mental health in teaching methods,such as teaches in the class,discussion,psychological test,group training and roll play.The author has tried to use the group training in the class of mental health for many years,and has some words to say in this article.
