摘要
在奶粉生产中,直接式杀菌与间接式杀菌相比具有如下优点:杀菌温度稳定且比较均匀;灭菌效果佳;不易产生结垢或结焦;清洗间隔时间较长。不足之处,在杀菌过程中蒸汽直接混入料液中,会使料液增湿,杀菌完毕需要将增加部分水分经过闪蒸去除掉,对蒸汽质量要求较高。因此,蒸汽必须经过严格的过滤或采用单独的蒸汽发生装置方可进入料液中。仅以RNJM03-8000型三效降膜式蒸发器后牛奶浓缩液直接式杀菌器应用为例进行阐述。
In production of milk powder, compared to indirect sterilizer, direct sterilizer has following advantages: stable and well-distributed temperature of sterilization, good sterilizing effect, uneasy fouling or coking and long interval between two cleaning times. But, there are still some disadvantages: mixing steam existed in fluid, making milk wetter, need of removing water after sterilization and strict requirement for steam quality. Thus, steam should be filtered belfore it is mixed into fluid or only pure steam is allowed entering fluid. In this article, exampled with RNJM03-8000 three stage film evaporator, direct sterilizer for condensed milk was used described.
