摘要
目的分析北京市大兴区2003~2011年食物中毒发生规律及特点,为预防食物中毒的发生提供科学依据。方法对北京市大兴区2003~2011年食物中毒事件资料进行分析。结果北京市大兴区2003~2011年共报告发生食物中毒27起,中毒人数539人;27起食物中毒事件中,细菌性食物中毒10起,化学性食物中毒2起,有毒植物性食物中毒14起,有毒动物性食物中毒1起;食物中毒主要以第三季度为高峰,共发生15起,占食物中毒总数的55.56%;职工食堂的发生食物中毒起数和中毒人数最多。结论针对关键控制点进行重点管理,提高食物中毒查明率,加强监管和宣传力度。
Objective To analyze regularity and characteristics of food poisoning happened in Daxing district from 2003 to 2011 and to provide a scientific basis for preventing food poisoning and promoting health level. Methods The data and cases of food poisoning occurred in Daxing district from 2003 to 2011 were collected and analyzed. Results There are 27 cases of food poisoning and 539 poisoned people reported in Daxing district from 2003 to 2011.10 of these cases are bacterial food poisoning ,2 are chemical food poisoning, 14 are toxic plant poisoning and one is toxic animal food poisoning. The food poisoning mainly occurred in the third quarter of a year. There are 15 cases of food poisoning during this time which accounted for 55.56% of total cases. The food poisoning mainly occurred in staff dining hall and the number of, poisoned people is the largesL Conclusion By focusing on the management of the critical control poin,identification rate of food poisoning should be improved and supervision and propagands should be strengthened.
