摘要
目的:研究125I粒子装载过程中工作人员受照剂量。方法:选择测量粒子为前列腺癌治疗所用的14.8MBq的125I粒子,测量粒子周围的剂量率,按照平均装载速度及前列腺癌平均的植入粒数86粒,评估125I粒子装载过程中工作人员的受照剂量。结果:在无屏蔽防护情况下,操作人员全身有可能受到高于剂量限值的照射。不同的操作方式,操作人员手部的受照剂量不同,分批倒出粒子装载可以降低手部的受照剂量,分批装载次数越多,手部的受照剂量越低。结论:建议在125I粒子装载中,在L型铅防护屏下或防护通风橱中进行,以降低全身剂量;采用分多次装载的方法,以降低手部的剂量。
Objective: To investigate the radiation dose accepted by operators during loading the ^125Ⅰ seeds to the seeds cells of the implantation gun. Method: The seeds for prostate cancer therapy were selected. The radioactivity of a seed was 14.8MBq. The radiation dose caused by an ^125Ⅰseed was measured and the radiation dose accepted by operators during loading the ^125Ⅰseeds was evaluated according to the average loading speed and the average seeds number for a patient with prostate cancer. Results: The operators may accept the exposure exceeding the dose limit for occupational exposure without any shield protection. The hands of the operator accepted different exposure dose with different loading procedure. The dose decreased by dividing the seeds into several groups for loading. The more the batches for loading the lower the dose. Conclussion: Loading ^125Ⅰ seeds with shield protection and more groups is suggested to reduce the radiation dose accepted by operators.
