摘要 目的:冬季血透中心透析液B粉的溶解速度较慢,为了加快透析液配液时间,对原有的配液设备进行了技术改造。方法:采用边加反渗水边加温、控温方式。当反渗水达到设定的用量时,同时配液桶内的反渗水温度也达到设定值,这样即使在寒冷的冬季透析液的配制时间与最炎热的夏季毫无差别。结果:冬季透析液B粉的溶解时间由原来的6h缩短到0.5h。结论:经过改造的配液设备极大提高了冬季B粉的溶解速度,使透析液的配制时间不受季节变化的影响,具有较好经济和社会效益。 Objective: To improve the dissolution rate of dialysate B powder in winter and shorten the preparation time of dialysate, we improved the hemodialysis dialysis liquor equipment. Methods: The method is adding reverse osmosis water while heating-up and temperature control. When the reverse osmosis water reach a set amount, the temperature of reverse osmosis water also achieve the set value, So even in the cold winter the preparation time dialysis with the most hot summer make little difference. Results: The dissolving time of the dialysate reduced from 6h to 0.5h in winter. Conclusion: This method effectively solve the problem that the dissolution rate of B powder is low in winter, facilitate the work of hemodialysis centers and improve efficiency and service quality of hospital, with better economic and social benefits.
