Pr_6O_(11)+Yb_2O_3对α-Ni_(0.8)Co_(0.04)Al_(0.16)(OH)_(2.2-2y)(CO_3)_y·zH_2O正极材料的改性

摘要 为了改善配位共沉淀法合成的α-Ni0.8Co0.04Al0.16(OH)2.2-2y(CO3)y.zH2O在常温、高温下的充放电性能,样品经外掺不同比率的La2O3、Pr6O11、Sm2O3、Y2O3、Yb2O3、Lu2O3以及Pr6O11+Yb2O3后,作为模拟MH/Ni电池的正极材料,在不同温度下进行恒电流充放电测定.结果表明,复合掺加1.0%Pr6O11+1.0%Yb2O3,在0.5C和5C充放电下,30℃时可分别提高样品的放电比容量5.7%和8.3%,60℃时可分别提高18.2%和26.9%.高温放电电位也得到改善.通过充放电曲线、循环伏安和Tafel曲线测定探讨了电化学性能改善的可能机理. In order to improve the regular and high-temperature charge-discharge performance of α-Ni_(0.8)Co_(0.04)Al_(0.16)(OH)_(2.2-2y)(CO_3)_y·zH_2O synthesized by co-precipitation method, the sample was simulated as the cathode material of MH/Ni battery after being mixed with different rates of La2O3 , Pr6 O11 ,Sm2O3, Y2O3, Yb2O3, Lu2O3 and Pr6 O11 +- Yb2O3, and their electrochemical performance were determined by a constant current charge-discharge, cyclic voltammeter and Tafel curves experiments under different temperatures. The results showed that the complex admixture of 1.0% Pr60n + 1.0% Yb2O3 could increase the discharge capacity of the samples by 5.7% and 8.3% at 30 ℃, and by 18.2% and 26.9% at 60 ℃, respectively. The high-temperature discharge potential was improved.
