摘要
民间金融活动 (或组织 )是一种复杂的经济金融甚至社会现象。它既是一种提供资金融通服务的经济制度 ,又具有促进社会进步的社会制度的特征 (就象孟加拉的乡村银行那样 )。民间金融的复杂性质要求我们在关于民间金融发展的金融政策上应当保持足够的灵活性。
Informal financial activity is a kind of complicated economic and social phenomena. It is not only one sort of financial institutions to provide funds, but also has some characteristics of social institutions under which people help each other and develop together. The complication of informal financial activities require the financial policies concerned to be flexible enough.
