华电福建防汛调度信息系统的研究与开发 被引量:1

摘要 为更好地在防汛调度基础上支持电网优化调度,华电福建发电有限公司建立了统一的区域发电公司防汛调度信息系统。主要从总体框架、标准规范、数据交换、集成与应用4个方面进行研究,采用以软总线技术为核心的汇集平台,解决底层数据采集的异构性和多样性,建立一源多用、功能复用、有效支撑多领域和层次应用的防汛调度公共信息平台。防汛调度信息系统自动化程度较高,采用的数据交换技术很好地支持了异构、多源数据的集成。 In order to better support network optimization scheduling based on flood control, Huadian Fujian electric power generation Co., LTD built an unified flood dispatching information system of regional power companies. It mainly researched from four aspects which are overall frame, standard data, data exchange, integration and application. Platform with a soft bus technology as the core is used to slove the isomerism and diversity of underlying data. It built the flood control scheduling public information platform which can be of multi use one source, fimction reuse, effectively support to many fields and multiple application. The system' s automation degree is high. The adoptive data switching technology finely supports integration of heterogeneous and multi-source data.
