摘要
利用固体废弃物磷石膏制备轻质墙体材料,实验研究了煅烧温度、水灰比和铝粉掺量对磷石膏试块的强度和轻质化的影响,通过扫描电镜(SEM)分析磷石膏试块内部和表面的结晶情况。实验结果显示:当煅烧温度为170℃、水灰比0.70、铝粉掺量0.02%的工艺下,磷石膏试块7d的抗压强度为4.6MPa,抗折强度为2.1MPa,体积密度为0.93g/cm3。
Lightweight mural materials were prepared from solid waste phosphogypsum.How the calcining temperature,water cement ratio(w/c) and admixture of aluminum influence the strength and weight-lightening of the lightweight mural material were discussed.SEM was used to observe the crystallization situation inside and outside the lightweight mural materials.Experimental results show that lightweight mural material has the compressive strength of 4.6MPa,the bending strength of 2.1MPa,and the density of 0.93g/cm3,when the lightweight mural material with w/c of 0.70 and 0.02% admixture of aluminum is calcined at 170℃ for 7days.
