磁共振成像在乳腺癌诊断中的应用价值 被引量:11

摘要 乳腺癌是女性常见的恶性肿瘤之一,病死率较高。磁共振成像(MRI)具有良好的软组织分辨率和无辐射特点,对乳腺癌的检查有独特的优势。乳腺癌的MRI对临床诊断、手术方案的选择及鉴别诊断有着极其重要的作用。本文就乳腺MRI影像技术、MRI影像学表现及其临床应用予以综述,以帮助乳腺癌的检出及治疗。
