摘要
脱层是复合材料层板结构中的主要缺陷形式之一 ,它的存在会造成脱层的局部屈曲和扩展 ,从而降低结构的强度和刚度。本工作对含脱层的复合材料螺栓连接件在静载、疲劳载荷和湿热环境载荷的作用下进行了试验研究。测定了含脱层的复合材料连接件的局部失稳载荷、挤压强度和疲劳寿命数值 ,探讨了脱层尺寸对局部失稳载荷、挤压强度和疲劳寿命的影响大小 ,给出了疲劳寿命和脱层直径的函数曲线。探讨了含脱层的复合材料连接件在湿热环境下的强度和刚度数值的变化。
Delamination is one of the most frequently encountered types in structures of composite laminates Local buckling and growth of delaminated laminates will decrease the strength and stiffness In this paper, experiments are performed on composite bolted joints embedded delamination under static loads, fatigue loads and loads on hygrothermal condition The loads of local instability, bearing strength and fatigue life of composite joints embedded delamination are measured and the effects of delamination sizes on them are discussed The fatigue life vs delamination size curve is given from the experimental data The changes of strength and stiffness of joints under hygrothermal condition are discussed
