摘要
在球铁中添加 Cu、Ti元素 ,以改善球墨铸铁的铸态组织。对所获得的铸态珠光体组织进行了探讨。结果表明 ,合金元素在球铁中的强化作用 ,可使球铁的强韧性大幅度提高 ,从而扩大了球铁的工业应用。
The paper, starting with improving the casting state microstructures of ductile iron, makes an approach to gaining the pearlite′s structures of the casting state for additioin of Cu and Ti elements in ductile iron. The research result indicates that the strenthening effect of alloy elements in ductile iron can greatly increase the strenth and toughness of ductile iron, thus will widen the industrial application of ductile iron.
