摘要
主要对采用改进型功率解耦方案的微型逆变器拓扑进行了综述。阐述了微型逆变器光伏并网方案的优势,说明了微型逆变器的设计要求。通过对微型逆变器的拓扑结构和功率解耦环节进行分析,指出功率解耦环节是影响逆变器寿命的主要因素。归纳了能有效提高微型逆变器寿命的三种改进型功率解耦方案,结合国内外研究现状,重点介绍了单级式与多级式微型逆变器拓扑,并说明了各类型拓扑的优点和不足之处。根据微型逆变器的特点和发展前景,对今后的研究方向做了展望。
Micro-inverter topologies with enhanced power decoupling circuit are reviewed in this paper. Firstly, according to the comparison of different photovoltaic grid-connected systems, this paper expounds the advantages of micro-inverter systems, and analyzes the design requirements of micro-inverter. By analyzing the structure and power decoupling link of micro-inverter, it points out that the power decoupling link is the main factor that affecting the lifetime of micro-inverter. Based on the existing research at home and abroad, this paper summarizes three power decoupling schemes which can increase the lifetime of micro-inverter. Different topology types are discussed, including single-stage and multi-stage micro-inverter topologies. Their merits and drawbacks are described. Finally, considering the characteristics and future prospects of micro-inverter, the key points of the future research are discussed.
