文章介绍了一种稳定化激光源的电路设计,详细阐述了电路设计的工作原理及实验调试结果。在激光源的实际工作温度范围内,其光功率输出值仅仅变化0.2dB。而且在某一固定的温度下,其输出值的精度为0.1dB。
This paper describes the circuit design of a stabilized laser source. Described in detail the working principle of the circuit design and experimental debugging results. The actual operating temperature range of the laser source, optical power output values only change 0.2dB. And a fixed temperature, the output value of the accuracy of 0.1dB.
