摘要
空气冷却结晶塔是以空气作为冷却介质直接与溶液混合换热,以使溶液冷却并结晶析出晶体的高效换热节能设备。以20 kt/a硝酸钾冷却塔的设计计算为例,介绍了冷却结晶塔的工作原理、主要工艺参数确定方法和有关工艺计算过程。
Air cooling crystallization tower was directly heat exchanged with mixing of solution, taking the air as a cooling medium, it was a high ef- fective and energy conserving equipment, which made the solution cooling and separating out crystal. Taking the design calculation for cooling tower of potassium nitrate as art example, author has introduced the working principle, determining method of main process parameters and related process calculation matters for the cooling crystallization tower.
