摘要
系统研究了芳纶纤维增强摩擦材料在模拟制动工况下的摩擦学特性 .结果表明 ,在试验工况下 ,复合材料的摩擦系数随滑动速度的增大而降低 ,磨损率随滑动速度的增加而增大 ;随着芳纶含量的增加 ,复合材料摩擦系数略有增加 ,而磨损率明显下降 ;芳纶纤维在摩擦过程中起到了提高摩擦系数稳定性和降低磨损的作用 .
The tribological properties of Kevlar pulp reinforced friction material in the braking condition were investigated by means of simulating tests on a pin on disc friction and wear tester. As the results, the friction coefficient decreases with increase in the sliding velocity, but the wear rate of the friction material increases and the tribological properties of the tribo system are insensitive to load. With increase in the Kevlar pulp content in the composite friction material, the wear rate of the friction material decreases obviously. The friction coefficient of the tribo system, however, keeps almost unchanged. The inclusion of Kevlar pulp in the composite friction material helps to improve the friction stability and wear resistance of the friction material.
