摘要 提出层去图像法反求工程中的数据处理方法。首先采用多帧平均、中值滤波和保持细节平滑滤波对图像进行预处理 ,使图像质量得到恢复与改善 ;然后再进行图像分割和边缘检测 ;最后进行轮廓追踪及其多边形逼近。实践表明 ,所提出的数据处理方法具有较好的应用效果。 Slicing measurement method based on cross-sectional images can acquire the shape data of both exterior and interior surfaces and regions of an object, therefore it has great practical value for reverse engineering. The data processing methods for cross-sectional imaging measurement system are studied in this paper.In order to capture the geometrical features of an object, various filtering approaches are applied to this system to eliminate the measurement noise. After the object is extract from the encasing material, for each of the cross section, the contours of the object can be created easily through edge detection technique and the closed-loop contour is only one pixel wide. Then a polygon is determined to reduce the number of edge points. The experimental results have proved the success of this method.
